Healthy management – of self and others
You can use your management style to influence the health of your employees – both positively and, unfortunately, negatively as a result of a lack of awareness. In this two-day seminar you will learn to understand the connections between management, performance, job satisfaction and employee health. We will clarify what salutogenic personnel management means and why it is beneficial for you and your organization. You will learn how important your own health-related behavior is for your staff. We will use concrete examples to train you in health-oriented management.

Coping with stress – successfully and lastingly
Everybody feels stressed at times, but persistent chronic stress can damage your health. In this two-day seminar we look at the causes of your feeling of stress. You will get to know var¬ious methods for coping with stress on a long-term basis and develop concrete behaviors and individual ways to reduce stress. You will also become acquainted with the relaxation procedures of Jacobson’s Progressive Muscle Relaxation and the breathing and mindfulness techniques of MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) developed by Kabat-Zinn.

Burnout Prevention
Are you suffering from severe emotional exhaustion and reduced performance? These may be (initial) signs of a burnout syndrome. The interplay of chronic overtaxation, pressure and stress, lack of possibilities to exert influence and scope for action coupled with high expecta¬tions of yourself are a good breeding ground for a gradually slide into the burnout spiral. In this two-day seminar we will be discussing the factors that can lead to burnout. You will find out your own individual burnout risk and get to know some effective and important ways to escape the burnout spiral - or to avoid sliding into it in the first place.

Resilience is the ability to keep restoring one’s mental balance, even in crises. People who are mentally strong approach problems constructively, fall ill less often and find it easier to cope with challenges. The good thing about resilience is that you can increase this strength through training. In this two-day seminar we will define the concept of resilience and test your resilience potentials. You will learn about the seven pillars of resilience and which personal characteristics you can use to strengthen your inner stability.
